Damayra Moses Perez, has recently taken the leadership reins of BBL PROCESSORS.

 

Through her DC Property Management experience, as well her roles with the American Red Cross and National Industries for the Blind, Damayra brings to the table, the leadership skills needed to keep your rental property in compliance with the District of Columbia's very challenging and often complex licensing process.

Damayra is very active in the DC Real Estate community. She is currently serving on the DC Association of Realtors (DCAR) Public Policy Committee, as well as the Greater Capitol Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Property Management Committee.
